How does payment work?
A 50% deposit confirms your project and starts the work. The remaining 50% is due on final approval, before the final files are released. Paying the deposit confirms you accept the agreed scope, pricing and terms.
How many revisions do I get?
It depends on your package: Basic logo includes 3, Standard includes 6 and Premium is unlimited. Extra revisions beyond your package may carry an additional cost.
How long will my project take?
Logo packages are delivered in 5, 7 or 14 days depending on the tier. Late feedback, content or approvals can move the delivery date, so quick replies keep things on track.
I need it urgently. Can you rush it?
Yes, we take urgent requests where we can. Rush projects may carry an extra fee, which we agree with you before any work starts.
Can I customise a package?
Absolutely. Pick a package and request additional services. Any change to the package, scope or price is agreed before work begins.
Which file formats will I receive?
Every logo package includes the source file and high-resolution PNGs. Standard and Premium also include vector files, a 3D mockup, a company profile and brand guidelines.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation charges depend on the work completed and the terms agreed at the start of the project.
